Camp Marcelo A Adduru, Tuguegarao City – A Search Warrant was successfully served by joint elements of Lasam PS and 3rd Mobile Force Platoon of 2nd Cagayan PMFC for Violation of RA 10591 at Brgy Callao Sur, Lasam, Cagayan.
Based on the report of PNP Lasam, the suspect was identified as alias “Jhon”, 53 years old and resident of the said place.
Recovered from his direct possession were 2 pcs live ammunition for 9 mm and 2 pcs live ammunition for cal. 45.
Jhon will be charged for violation of RA 10591 or Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act. He is under the custody of Lasam Police Station for documentation and proper disposition.
Police Brigadier General Christopher Birung commend the operating troops for the successful implementation of Search Warrant. “We will enforce the law in Cagayan Valley at all costs so that peace and order are being felt by the community,” Police Brigadier General Birung said.
