NUEVA VIZCAYA-The indigenous Kalanguya tribe members in Nueva Vizcaya had adopted presidential aspirant Francisco “Isko Moreno” Domagoso through a native ritual offered for his protection in Santa Fe, Nueva Vizcaya on Saturday (October 30).
The ritual was led by the council of elders, a culture among native tribes, and Santa Fe Mayor Tidong Benito.
