With the continuous conduct of #BARANGAYanihan, Cordillera Cops joined in unloading and hauling of relies supplies in Apayao and Mountain Province.

In Apayao, personnel of Provincial Headquarters together with the Armed Forces of the Philippines extended help in the unloading of three hundred (300) sacks of rice donated to the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction Office at Barangay San Isidro Sur, Luna, Apayao.

According to Apayao PPO, said sacks of rice were piled at General Service Office (GSO) and will be distributed to the different Municipalities and Barangays where areas affected by the granular lockdown due to the increasing number of Covid-19 cases.

Meanwhile in Mountain Province, personnel of 2nd Provincial Mobile Force Company rendered assistance to DSWD personnel in hauling relief supplies at Poblacion, Bontoc.

The team were able to haul around one thousand three hundred (1,300) boxes of relief supplies and stored at DSWD Warehouse before distributing to families/ households affected by the Covid-19 lockdown, where limited movements are strictly imposed and those vulnerable groups living on the fringes.
