Showing their mastery in making gastronomic cassava and rice cakes particularly lubi-lubi or linubian, the Rural Improvement Club (RIC)-Camalaniugan won the best linubian at the Linubian Festival held at SM City Tuguegarao on Monday, June 19 as part of the 440th Aggao Nac Cagayan.
