A welder was arrested after being caught with illegal drugs and unlicensed firearm during an operation conducted in Brgy. District IV, Tumauini, Isabela recently.
The suspect, alias “Michael,” was apprehended by the authorities through the combined efforts of the Tumauini Police Station, Provincial Intelligence Unit – Isabela PPO, and PDEA RO II – Isabela.
Two heat-sealed plastic sachets containing suspected shabu, two lighters with improvised tooters,
and one improvised tooter were confiscated from the suspect.
The suspect, who is now in the custody of the Tumauini Police Station, will face charges for violating RA 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 and RA 10591 or the Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act.#
