CITY OF ILAGAN, Isabela-Nine delinquent employers in this city who amassed closed to P290,000 Social Security System (SSS) contribution arrears were visited and given ultimatum letters to settle their dues or their cases will be referred to the legal department on June 27 here.
SSS Ilagan Branch Manager Jesus Gonzales said the operation is a part of the agency’s monthly Run After Contribution Evaders (RACE).
Among the delinquent contribution payers, two were not registered under the SSS branch.
The activity has been done to help employees avail their benefits and privileges under the System.#
