CAUAYAN CITY- A former drug surrenderer wayback 2016 was nabbed during a buy-bust operation at about 12:40 AM of July 21, 2022 at Purok 7, San Fermin, Cauayan City, Isabela.
Suspect Benjamin Francisco y Talosig, 38 y/o, married, truck driver and a resident of Purok 3, Brgy. Duminit, Cauayan City, Isabela, (Drug Surrenderer -July 24, 2016) was nabbed for selling one (1) heat-sealed of transparent plastic sachet containing suspected Shabu with street value of Php 2,000 to one of the PDEA agents/operatives who acted as poseur buyer of illicit drugs.
Likewise confiscated from the possession of the suspect were: one (1) unit Smart phone Oppo A15, one (1) piece color red body bag, one (1) unit Yamaha Mio 125 with key, three (3) pieces ziplock transparent plastic sachets containing suspected dried marijuana leaves with fruiting tops and the buy-bust money.
All seized drugs was estimated to be weighing 550 grams with DDB value of Php66,000.
The inventory and markings of evidence were made at the place of operation duly witnessed by representatives from the media, National Prosecution Service and an elected barangay official.#
