In a media interview at the Tuguegarao City airport before he toured the town for the motorcade, Revilla announced that this would be more helpful to senior citizens because of the earlier benefits that can be availed for them.

“At the age of 56, many people are complaining, I am already a senior at 56, early benefits, you are only 40 years old and you are already in maintenance, so at least they can get or avail even 10%, let’s say the seniors are really 20%, let’s say the junior citizens are 10%, that is the number 1 thing I will push for when I return,” said the senator in mixrd Filipino and English.

After his tour of Tuguegarao City, he also joined the motorcade in several towns in Isabela.#
