APARRI, Cagayan-Due to the incessant rains, parts of the school grounds of San Vicente Elementary School in Gattaran, Cagayan and Mabanguc Elementary School in Aparri, Cagayan were flooded on July 2.
The rain was continuous and heavy on the said day. The students waited until the rain had stopped before they departed to their respective homes.
The teachers immediately moved the textbooks and other materials to the higher parts of the classroom to prevent them from getting wet when floodwaters enter the rooms.#
