Tropical cyclone bulletin no.11, issued at 5:00 am re: typhoon kiko this afternoon through tomorrow evening, heavy to intense with at times torrential rains due to the typhoon maybe experienced over the province.
tcws#3 is hoisted over the extreme northeastern portion of Cagayan (Sta.Ana), TCWS#2 over Babuyan Islands and the Remaining Eastern portion of Cagayan: Aparri, Camalaniugan, Lal-lo, Gattaran, Baggao, Peñablanca, Buguey, Santa Teresita and Gonzaga; and the rest of the Province TCWS#1.
Possible flashfloods and landslide are expected along low lying and landslide-prone areas.
Suspension of classes to public and private schools in all levels and work in government and private entity was declared effected 6:00 AM, 10 September 2021 until further notice, likewise liquor ban is imposed until typhoon KIKO will exit the area of responsibility (AOR).
