Camp Marcelo A Adduru, Tuguegarao City –Police Regional Office as it intensifies its campaign against Wanted person arrested a 72-year-old man listed as Top 5 Provincial Most Wanted Person through the implementation of Warrant of Arrest at Brgy. San Antonio, Aparri, Cagayan.
The suspect was identified as alias “Harold”, married and a resident of Brgy. Tallungan, Aparri, Cagayan. Harold was arrested for the crime of Rape and violation of RA 7610 with a recommended bail of Php200,000.00
The successful arrest of the suspect is also because of the Warrant of Arrest issued by RTC Second Judicial Region, Branch 9, Aparri, Cagayan.
The suspect is now under the custody of Aparri Police Station for documentation and proper disposition.
PRO2 Regional Director Police Brigadier General Christopher Birung lauded the operating personnel for the successful arrest of the individual. ” The continuous arrest of Wanted Persons in Cagayan Valley Region is a testament to our dedication and seriousness in eradicating all forms of criminality for the betterment of our Region,” he added.
