Camp Marcelo A Adduru, Tuguegarao City – Police Regional Office 2 through Bagabag Police Station, apprehended by virtue of a warrant of arrest the Top 4 Provincial Most Wanted Person in Barangay Murong, Bagabag, Nueva Vizcaya this morning.
The 32-year-old suspect who is a resident of said municipality was arrested for the crime of Syndicated Estafa punishable under Article 315 of the Revised Penal Code, a non-bailable felony.
Said warrant was issued by the Second Judicial Region, Regional Trial Court, Branch 27 situated in Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya.
Further, the arrested person was brought to Bagabag Police Station for the conduct of booking procedures and turn-over to the issuing court.
The arrest of said wanted person is part of the Aggressive Law Enforcement and Honest Police Operations under the five-focused agenda of the Chief Philippine National Police.
