BAYOMBONG, Nueva Vizcaya-Nueva Vizcaya Governor Carlos Padilla died at the age of 78 due to cardiac arrest on May 5 morning, initial reports from his kin and friends said.
Before his gubernatorial post for various terms, he served as longtime congressman for 23 years and assemblyman for six years.
The other details of his death have yet to be issued.
Two days ago, Padilla even led the opening of a fresh vegetable depot at the Nueva Vizcaya Agricultural Terminal.
He left his wife and children Carlos “Jojo” II, Ruthie Maye, and Carlo Paolo.#
