Camp Marcelo A Adduru, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan – Authorities arrested a man in Sitio Panuwa, Bambang, Nueva Vizcaya for five counts of rape on Wednesday October 25, 2023.
The 36-year-old alias “Pedro Lamut” was identified to be a construction worker and a resident of Binalonan, Pangasinan.
The suspect was arrested 12 o’clock in the afternoon by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by the RTC of Second Judicial Region-Branch 37 of Bambang.
