Brigadier Gen. Roy Parena will be the new regional police director on August 6,2025.
He will replace Brig. Gen. Antonio Marallag Jr. who served for almost ten months in Cagayan Valley.
Marallag will be assigned to the Directorate for PNP Community Relations at Camp Crame.
