TUGUEGARAO CITY – A 53-year-old farmer was arrested for alleged rape in Masical, Amulung, Cagayan recently.
Police Major Sharon Mallillin, PNP-Region 2 information officer, identified the suspect as alias “Dolfo.”
The suspect was considered by the authorities as the top most wanted person in the province.
According to PNP Amulung, the farmer was arrested through a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Dennis Agustin Mendoza of Regional Trial Court-Branch 4 of Tuguegarao City.
He was indicted for statutory rape with no bail.#
