Former three-term Cagayan Board Member Perla Tumaliuan was appointed by President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. as deputy administrator of the Cagayan Economic Zone Authority with a rank of Undersecretary.
She will work under CEZA Administrator and Secretary Katrina Ponce Enrile, daughter of Presidential Legal Counsel Juan Ponce Enrile.
