CITY OF ILAGAN, Isabela-The City of Ilagan received another National Award, which was conferred by the National Risk Reduction and Management Council, recognizing the City of Ilagan Medical Center as the National Gawad Kalasag’s BEST LOCAL GOVERNMENT HOSPITAL (Special Awards Category) for year 2024.
