TUGUEGARAO CITY-Cagayan Governor Manuel Mamba has been inoculated with a CoronaVac vaccine being produced by Sinovac-Biotech at the Kamaranan Hall of the provincial capitol on April 12 here.
Mamba said he did not feel any adverse effects, adding that the vaccine would help him as his protection against the virus.
Dr. Rea Danguilan, Cagayan assistant provincial health officer, administered the inoculation.
Mamba’s vaccination came as the National Inter Agency Task Force has allowed local chief executives to be inoculated in COVID-19 high-risk areas.
Considered as a front-liner, Mamba is also a licensed medical doctor, a senior citizen and has co-morbidities of asthma, hypertension and diabetes.#
