CITY OF ILAGAN, Isabela-In front of a mammoth crowd, Isabela Governor Rodolfo “Rodito” Albano III and Vice Governor Francis Faustino “Kiko” A. Dy were sworn into office on June 30, at The Capital Arena in Alibagu village here.
Governor Albano took his oath before Executive Judge Grace Manaloto of the Regional Trial Court-Branch 18. Vice Governor Dy was sworn in by Governor Albano.
Unopposed, Albano starts serving his third and final term as governor. Dy, also elected unopposed, begins his first term as vice governor after his stint as Echague mayor.
In his inaugural address, Governor Albano acknowledged the role of public servants and citizens in shaping the province’s future.
“To all Isabeleños, your resilience, hope, and active participation are what make our province strong,” he said.
Vice Governor Dy lauded the “transformative leadership” of the Albano administration and conveyed his optimism for Isabela’s continued development under their administration.
