CABARROGUIS, Quirino-Chrystine Nikolett Montero of Aglipay town won the Binibining Quirino 2025 at the capitol gymnasium here, which ended September 9.
“These remarkable women shone not only with beauty and grace but also with confidence and inspiration,” the pageant organizers said.
1st Runner Up was Joyce Rivera (Diffun) while 2nd Runner Up was Angel Keith Dizon (Saguday).
The Finalists or Runners-Up are Princess Zcyra Apil (Nagtipunan), April Jane Santos (Cabarroguis) and Kimberly Bacudo (Maddela).
