Notwithstanding its limited operation in the human resource management system, the Schools Division of Isabelaโ€™s PRIME-HR Team continues to shine beyond miles as it obtained the Bronze Award (Maturity Level 2) after sustaining its quality processed-defined performance even in the new normal.

Evident with its resiliency in taking initiatives to comply with the programs of Civil Service Commission (CSC), the PRIME HR Team of the Division continued to manifest its competence and commitment to achieve excellence in delivering its service among the Isabeleรฑo leading them to another remarkable breakthrough in public service.

After gaining its points gearing to Maturity Level 2 in the criteria of Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME HRM)- the flagship program of CSC, the division is now ready to enjoy numerous privileges as cited in the CSC Resolution No. 2001087 dated 23 December 2020.

Along with these opportunities are various challenges to maintain this status and to improve its system in meeting the indicators for the higher level. It is then expected that the team will be monitored by the CSC-Region 02 in the implementation of its programs to sustain and upgrade its competencies, systems, and practices toward HR excellence.

The formal conferment of the said award will be virtually witnessed on September 13 as part of the month-long celebration of the 121st Philippine Civil Service Anniversary with the theme, โ€œTransforming Public Service in the Next Decade: Honing Agile and Future-Ready Servant-Heroes.โ€ (Courtesy:SDO-Isabela)
