PANGASINAN, AURORA, QUEZON, CAMARINES NORTE

🟠 Estimated storm surge heights: 2.1-3 meters

ILOCOS SUR, LA UNION, PANGASINAN, ISABELA,

BATAAN, ZAMBALES, METRO MANILA, QUEZON,

BATANGAS, CAVITE, MARINDUQUE,
